Founder Letter

It is with a mix of gratitude and reflection that we announce the conclusion of Collaborate and Graduate's (CAG) mission after six impactful years.

The decision to cease operations stems from two primary factors. Firstly, as the founder, I have chosen to pursue new endeavors. I firmly believe that if I cannot commit to this work in the way it deserves, it's in the best interest of all involved to bring CAG's mission to a close.

Secondly, the landscape surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion work has shifted. I believe it's strategically sound for our collective energy to be channeled towards organizations with the scale and resources necessary to navigate the current challenging environment.

I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support you've shown CAG through your time, energy, and resources.

Immediate Next Steps:

• All donations received in 2024 will be returned by November 1st of this year.

• The remaining funds will be distributed to the following organizations:

  • Veterans - Posse Foundation: $1,000.00

  • Education - Diverse Student Opportunities SEO: $1,000.00

  • Education -  refinED Atlanta: $1,000.00

  • Military Families & Education - Chicago Based - KidsRank: $1,000.00

  • Education - Tennessee Achieves: $1000.00

  • Education - Nashville Public Education Foundation: $1000.00

  • Education - West Point Minority Visitation Program: $1000.00

  • Education - Tillman Foundation: $1000.00

  • Education - Breakthrough Central Texas: $1000.00
